30 single arm hang snatch

30 overhead lunges

10 burpees

20 single arm hang snatch

20 overhead lunges

5 burpees

10 single arm hang snatch

10 overhead lunges

Kit needed:

One dumbbell

Standards:

Perform all the exercises from top to bottom.

Use a weight that you can get at least 10 unbroken reps out, about 5-10kg

Tips:

This is tough but quick and every round the reps get smaller so keep your eyes on the prize!

Scales:

The weight is the main scale.

Overhead lunges can be regular lunges.
