Here you will find a continuously growing archive of varied workouts that I use in my own training and with my clients. There is an abundance of options, and I hope this will become a source of inspiration for you when you are motivated to move but at a loss for what to do. You will also find a selection of recipes for food that I love to eat, and I hope you will too.

This site serves to remind you to realise that health and fitness shouldn't be as overly complicated as we’re all making it. It shouldn’t be so toxic and destructive. It shouldn’t consume you. It shouldn’t overwhelm you.

Without any frills or fuss, I hope to encourage you to simply EAT WELL AND MOVE MORE, with no goal except your own well-being. Nothing is banned and no calories are counted. I hope you will learn to use exercise not as a punishment, but as a celebration of what your body can do. Move just a little every day, or move a lot, but move to be fitter, stronger and happier. Here there is no emphasis on weight loss, calorie torching techniques or any other methods of fast tracking your way to body dysmorphia. This exercise is for YOU, with no comparison or competition. 

I have not created this for a profit. My only aim is to provide some motivation, inspiration and maybe even a little direction as we try to navigate our way through an increasingly complicated and overwhelming environment. Quite honestly, the “health and fitness” industry is a shambles and I’m here to suggest we exit stage left, and just Do The Thing that makes us happiest.
