Standards:
Do 50cal on the ski, then 50cal on the bike, then run 400m. Then do 40cal on the ski, 40cal on the bike, then run 400m. And so on and so forth.
Tips:
Try to push a steady pace - note your 400m run time and then try keep it consistent for all five runs. If you have the fuel then push the ski and bike a little quicker each round as the calories drop.
Scales:
You can drop the calories or the run: try 30-30-400m, 20-20-400m, 10-10-400m to start!
