5km ski

5 burpees every two minutes

Kit needed:

Ski Erg

Standards:

Set a 5km distance on the ski and find a steady pace. Every two minutes - either on screen display or your own running clock - step back, do 5 burpees, then carry on skiing until you complete the 5km

Tips:

5km is far and this workout is long. The burpees cut into your time - the clock doesn’t stop - so try get them done as quickly as possible so you can get back onto the ski and clock up the metres.

Scales:

You can change the distance, to make it easier or harder!
E.g. 3km ski with 3 burpees every two minutes, or 7km ski with 7 burpees every two minutes!
